To achieve the authentic flavor of our cuisine, we use fresh local produce in its preparation. In addition to the dishes on our menu, we present daily suggestions prepared with fresh produce from the market.

We are a family restaurant with a long tradition in Valldemossa. We value the importance of the friendships we have made during our career and we appreciate the loyalty they always give us. For us it is a pleasure to prepare and serve our traditional Majorcan recipes for our “friend” clients.
The Sa Mata restaurant is very easy to find, it is located in the vicinity of the town's parking (free parking after 8:00 p.m.) where the local market is held every Sunday. We have a spacious living room and terrace.
